Designed for first year undergraduates, it’s an opportunity to gain an early insight into the bank and take your first steps to gaining a summer internship. Successful applicants spend a week in London in Spring, meeting our people, taking part in team challenges and developing application and interview skills.

Skills for Success

If you don’t have a week to spare, our one-day skills workshops are the ideal opportunity to gain an introduction to our business areas. You will start to build the skills you’ll need for the application and selection process and take away helpful hints and tips from our recent graduates. What we look for

Strong academic qualifications and quantitative skills are important for success in our analyst programmes. Equally important are initiative, strategic and creative thinking, communication skills and a genuine interest in the financial markets. For some roles, a second European language is required.
