We are ambitious

Retail offers more career opportunities than you might think. Our Graduate scheme covers a range of business areas. If you’re interested in retail management, it will take you to Commercial Manager level in 12 months, while our Head Office programme has roles in a range of areas including Buying and Merchandising. Either way, you’ll be on the right path to a successful career – one that will give you the chance to shape and grow our business.

Students looking for placement opportunities can apply for our Business Placement scheme, after which we might invite you back to join us after you’ve completed your degree.

If you aren’t planning on university, our two-year Trainee Manager scheme is a great place to start. You’ll spend the first year working towards becoming Section Manager, progressing to Commercial Manager in the second, with a competitive salary that increases as you work through the scheme. You’ll need a minimum of two A-levels (or equivalent) and plenty of enthusiasm.
