Pure Potential runs events for 10,000 bright state school students every year. In addition to that we have tens of thousands of online registrations from students who want to access the information on our website. Almost all of these students are heading for Russell Group, are incredibly socially diverse (45%, for example, are non-white) and highly ambitious. Employers, naturally, are interested in this vast pool of traditionally untapped talent.
